Regarding recruiting, there's good news and bad news for Florida fans. The bad news is, this was a fairly lackluster catch by UF standards, lacking in the offensive skills players that makes the Spurrier offense so lethal. The good news is, they've already got those players. Quarterback Rex Grossman and receiver Jabbar Gaffney return as sophomores. Grossman led the conference in pass efficiency, even while spliting time with Jesse Palmer. Gaffney led the league in reception per game and was second in receiving yards per game.

So beware as Spurrier brings in recruits to beef up the offensive line and defense.
